Privacy Policy
Rooferwize ("we", "us", "our") is a software platform operated by Timewize LLC that helps roofing contractors manage marketing and advertising campaigns, including integrations with Google Ads. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Account information you provide when you sign up or connect services: name, email, company, roles, and authentication credentials issued by third-party providers such as Google.
- Google Ads data you authorize us to access on your behalf: customer account identifiers, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, bids, budgets, performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions), billing status, and account configuration.
- Operational data generated by your use of the platform: campaign drafts, storm-trigger configurations, integration status, uploaded assets, and log events.
- Standard server logs: IP address, user-agent, timestamps, and request paths. Used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.
3. How we use Google user data
When you authorize Rooferwize to access your Google Ads account via OAuth,
we request the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope.
We use data obtained through this scope solely to:
- Display the state of your Google Ads account inside the Rooferwize dashboard;
- Create, modify, pause, and report on advertising campaigns at your explicit direction;
- Synchronize campaign status, spend, and performance metrics for reporting;
- Send you alerts when campaign health, spend, or policy events require your attention.
We do not sell or rent Google user data. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, to train generalized AI or machine-learning models, or for any purpose other than providing and improving the features you have asked us to provide.
Rooferwize's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How we store and protect data
- Data is stored in managed PostgreSQL in the United States.
- OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using symmetric (Fernet) encryption.
- All connections between your browser, our services, and Google are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
- Access to production systems is limited to authorized Timewize personnel.
5. Sharing of data
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Google, to carry out the Google Ads operations you authorize;
- Infrastructure providers (e.g., DigitalOcean) that host our systems under written data-processing terms;
- Law enforcement or regulators, when required by valid legal process.
6. Revoking access and deleting data
You can revoke Rooferwize's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. This immediately invalidates the refresh token we hold for you.
To delete your Rooferwize account and associated data, email partners@timewizeclock.com. We will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where we are required by law to retain records (e.g., billing and audit logs).
7. Retention
We retain account and campaign data for as long as your account is active. Server and security logs are retained up to 90 days. Billing records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
8. Children
Rooferwize is a B2B platform and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We will post any material changes to this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes that reduce your rights will be communicated by email to account administrators.
